About this directory
What this directory is
Perth Disability Services & Support Organisation Guide is a working list of 121 disability services and support organisations in Perth, built for families, participants, and carers trying to work out which local provider actually fits their needs. Maybe you’re comparing support coordinators, looking for a supported independent living provider, or trying to find allied health services that take NDIS plans. This directory exists so you can see the options side by side, with the same set of facts checked for each one, rather than scrolling through a dozen separate websites.
We’re upfront about what we are: an independent directory and comparison resource that also generates enquiries for local providers. When you ask to be matched with a provider, we pass your enquiry to providers relevant to your request, and we may receive a referral fee for that introduction. That’s disclosed again on the quote page itself. What matters most is this: referral arrangements never touch the scores or earned rankings you see on this site. A provider that pays nothing ranks exactly where its data says it should.
How listings get built and ranked
Every listing starts with public business data: registration details, service types, locations, contact information, and so on. We then synthesise recent Google reviews to get a picture of how a provider is actually performing on things like communication, reliability, and outcomes. We don’t republish review text, and we don’t quote reviewers. Instead, we link out to Google so you can read the original reviews yourself if you want the full context.
Rankings come from a published rubric applied to that data, nothing else. There’s no manual reordering, no “featured” bump baked into the score, and no way for a business to buy a better position. If you want the full breakdown of how factors are weighted, our methodology page lays it out in detail.
When a listing carries sponsorship, it’s labelled “Sponsored” and displayed separately from the earned ranking, so you always know which is which.
A business that finds an error in its own listing, wrong phone number, outdated address, closed service, can ask us to correct it. What it cannot do is edit its own score, sentiment, or ranking. Those stay tied to the data and the rubric, not to the business itself.
Who’s behind it
This directory is published by Scout Local Media, an independent Australian publisher that’s been building local guides and business directories since 2026. Scout Local Media focuses on practical resources that help people make informed decisions about local services, while giving good local businesses a fair way to be found. You can find more of their work at scoutlocalmedia.com.au.
Editorial oversight of the rankings sits with Diego Reyes, Reviews Editor, who maintains the rubric and reviews how it’s applied across listings.

Keeping it useful
Directories like this only stay useful if the information keeps up with reality. Providers open, close, change service areas, or shift how they work with NDIS plans. We rely on a mix of refreshed public data and updated review synthesis to keep listings current, and we rely on providers themselves to flag factual errors when they spot them.

FAQ
- Does this site rank providers based on payment?
- No. Rankings come from a published rubric applied to public business data and synthesised review data. Sponsored listings are labelled and shown separately, and sponsorship never changes a provider's earned ranking.
- Can a business change its own rating?
- A business can ask us to correct factual details like its address or services offered. It cannot edit its score, sentiment, or ranking, which are derived from the rubric and data only.
- What happens when I ask to be matched with a provider?
- We pass your enquiry to providers relevant to your request, and we may receive a referral fee for that introduction. This is also disclosed on the quote page.
- Who maintains this directory?
- It's published by Scout Local Media, an independent Australian publisher, with editorial oversight of the rankings maintained by Diego Reyes, Reviews Editor.
