Perth Disability Connect is an independent directory of disability services and support organisations in Perth, Western Australia, published by Scout Local Media. By using this site you agree to these terms.

We are a directory, not a provider

We do not provide disability supports or health services. We are not a registered NDIS provider, and we are not part of or endorsed by the NDIS, the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

General information, not advice

Our guides, tools, scores and summaries are general information. They are not medical, clinical, legal, financial or NDIS planning advice, and they don’t take your circumstances into account. NDIS rules and price limits change. Check the linked official source, or ask a qualified professional, before you rely on anything here.

What listings and scores mean

A score is our measure of what public reviews say, calculated under the published method on how we score. It is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a guarantee of quality.

Business details change faster than any directory updates. Before you engage a provider, confirm the things that matter to you directly with them:

• availability and waitlists
• pricing
• qualifications
• insurance
• NDIS registration, if you need a registered provider (check it on the NDIS Commission’s provider register)

We work to keep the directory accurate but cannot promise it is complete, current or error-free. We do not list every provider in Perth.

Enquiries, referral fees and advertising

When you send an enquiry through this site, we pass it to one or more listed providers and may receive a referral fee. Some placements are paid advertising and are always clearly labelled as such “Featured” / “Sponsored” / “Advertisement”.

Referral fees and advertising never change a provider’s score or its place in a ranking. Our advertising and referral disclosure explains how we make money.

Any agreement you make with a provider is between you and that provider.

Using the site

You may browse the site, use the tools, and contact providers for genuine enquiries. You may not:

• scrape, copy or republish the directory, its scores or summaries
• submit false or misleading enquiries, or enquiries in someone else’s name without their authority
• interfere with the site’s security or operation
• use the site for any unlawful purpose

Ownership

Scout Local Media owns the directory as a compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, tools and design. Reviews stay with their authors on the platforms where they were written. Business names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

We link to providers’ websites and to official sources. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Consumer rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent the law allows:

• the site is provided as-is
• we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, from relying on its information, or from your dealings with any provider you find through it
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
