Terms of use
Scout Local Media publishes Perth Disability Services & Support Organisation Guide as an independent directory of disability services & support organisation businesses in Perth. Scores come from public review data, computed under the published rubric on the how we score page, and the same rubric applies to every business. These terms govern your use of the site.
What listings and scores mean
Listings and scores are information, not an endorsement or a recommendation. Business details can change faster than any directory updates, so confirm the specifics (availability, pricing, credentials, insurance) directly with a business before engaging it. We work to keep the data accurate but do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.
Enquiries and referral fees
This site may route enquiries to listed businesses or partners and may receive referral fees for doing so. Fees never affect scores or rankings: those are computed from public review data under the published rubric, and no payment can change them.
If your business is listed here
Businesses listed here can request corrections, dispute a listing or score, or ask to be removed. The listing policy explains how each request works and what to include.
What you may not do
You may browse the site and contact listed businesses through it for genuine enquiries. You may not scrape or republish the compiled directory content, submit false or misleading enquiries through the forms, interfere with the site’s operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Ownership of content
Scout Local Media owns the compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, and the way the directory is assembled and presented. Source reviews stay with their authors on the platforms they were written on, and business names and marks remain the property of the businesses themselves.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Scout Local Media is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on the information in it, or from your dealings with any business you find through it. Your agreement with a business you engage is between you and that business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
The laws of Australia govern these terms. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page, with the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions about them can go to hello@scoutlocalmedia.com.au.
