Perth Disability Services & Support Organisation Guide is a free directory of disability services and support organisations across Perth. We build listings from publicly available business information and score each organisation using a single published rubric applied to all businesses, based on public Google reviews. Your listing is free and appears at no cost. Payment cannot change your score or your position in any ranking on this site. Corrections to your details

We fix factual fields such as your organisation name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services when you give us the correct information and show us something that verifies it. Acceptable verification includes your website, your Google Business Profile, or official registration documents. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place through future data refreshes and does not revert to old information.

Disputing your score

Your score is never edited by hand. A score dispute is a claim that the input data feeding the score is wrong. This covers cases where your listing has been matched to the wrong business, where reviews have been credited to you that do not belong to you, or where a review summary on your page misstates what reviewers actually wrote. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number, and resubmitting the same dispute will not result in a different outcome.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed when an organisation is permanently closed, when a duplicate listing exists, or when the organisation is outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed organisations. An accurate listing that falls within scope may be declined for removal, and we explain the reason plainly.

How quickly we respond

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests come with an explanation of why.
